We carry out a comprehensive creative process, including stages of pedagogical and methodological design, user experience design, visual development, prototyping, and production of this toolbox for the pedagogical approach to concepts, international norms, public policy, service pathways, and various guidelines related to the promotion of Human Rights of Women and People with Diverse Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities in their territories.

Since 2009, we have been working with the International Organization for Migration – IOM to implement creative and pedagogical strategies and processes to promote human rights, peace, and diversity in different communities.

The toolbox’s visual and functional design results from research, usability testing, and material efficiency in the environmental and cultural context.
