To improve the management of the Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) in Colombia, about protection and security with a gender approach and with the leadership of UNDP, we created The Toolbox +CONECTADAS, an ecosystem of information, instruments and pedagogical strategies that strengthen the capacities of security and mitigation of differential risks of the former members of the FARC-EP in the process of reincorporation.

This Toolbox works through 4 modules articulated by Information and Communication Technologies that facilitate the work of regional ARN professionals with 3,272 women in reincorporation, in person and remotely.

1. Mitigation of differential risks.
2. Activation of protection routes and self-protection strategies.
3. Skills for autonomy and risk mitigation.
4. The role of women in the construction of peace.
