We designed and implemented a pedagogical and communicative strategy to strengthen the digital marketing and e-commerce skills of more than 200 artisans from various communities in the country.
This strategy is articulated by a toolbox that incorporates diagnostic tools in digital skills and a training path through 36 virtual workshops that integrate video tutorials, infographics, glossaries, and manuals, among other content focused on the craft sector.
